One Platform, Two Hosting Environments

GovCloud runs the full FacilityOS platform inside Microsoft Azure Government, with U.S. data residency and native Microsoft 365 GCC High integration. Your teams get the same modules and the same workflows, on isolated infrastructure.

What is GovCloud?

Gov Cloud is a dedicated FacilityOS hosting environment, physically and logically isolated from the commercial cloud. Every FacilityOS account runs in one or the other. The platform, the modules, and the workflows are the same in both because Gov Cloud hosts the same FacilityOS as the commercial cloud, kept separate for compliance reasons.

Gov Cloud is built for organizations on Microsoft GCC High, for state and local agencies, and for facilities where the commercial cloud can't meet compliance or data residency requirements.

What is FacilityOS?

Trusted by 30% of the Fortune 500, FacilityOS is a unified platform for managing how visitors, contractors, and employees enter and leave facilities.

Visitor management, contractor compliance, and emergency response run on a single record rather than three disconnected systems. Every person is verified at the point of access, every requirement is captured, and every site follows the same standard. The result is safety, compliance, and visibility that hold up across a portfolio.

process Inconsistent Screening Standards Across Sites
down-arrow

Some sites run on FacilityOS with standardized visitor and contractor screening, while others still operate independently, creating uneven enforcement, compliance gaps, and security exposure.

The question leadership will be asked is:
“Why is this controlled in some buildings, but not all of them?”

process Blind Spots Outside the FacilityOS Network
down-arrow

Sites not yet on FacilityOS carry compliance risk that remains invisible at the site level. These often surface only during audits, incidents, or investigations.

The follow-up question:
“Was this an isolated gap or just the first one we found?”

process Partial Standardization Drives Overspend
down-arrow

While FacilityOS consolidates vendors and tools at some locations, other sites continue to purchase their own systems, resulting in overlapping contracts, missed enterprise pricing, and limited budget control.

The finance team asks:
“How did we end up paying different prices for the same capability?”

process Legacy Systems Become Permanent
down-arrow

Each year a site remains outside the FacilityOS ecosystem, the harder and more expensive it becomes to bring it in.

The hindsight question:
“Why didn’t we extend what was already working?”

Isolated U.S. Infrastructure

Gov Cloud runs in Microsoft Azure Government, physically and logically isolated from commercial cloud.
  • Azure Government Hosting: Isolated U.S. based infrastructure, separate from the commercial FacilityOS environment.

  • U.S. Data Residency: Facility data stays in U.S. data centers.

  • Government-Aligned Monitoring: Access controls, audit logging, and monitoring built to government cloud operational standards.

UFMH_EnvironmentalSustainabilityimg

GCC High Integration

When FacilityOS sits in the same government cloud as your Microsoft services, integrations run natively instead of reaching back into commercial infrastructure.
  • Entra ID Single Sign On: OAuth based SSO through your existing GCC High tenant.

  • Directory Sync: User provisioning through Microsoft Entra Connect.

  • Teams and Outlook: Notifications and approvals inside the tools your teams already use.

Faster Internal Review

Government-aligned hosting shortens the security review, questionnaire, and IT approval cycle that commercial SaaS tends to trigger.
  • Fewer Exceptions to Document: Reviewers see infrastructure that matches the standards you already apply.

  • Posture Consistency: FacilityOS sits alongside your other government-facing systems.

  • One Standard Across Sites: The same environment at every facility, rather than an exception at each one.

UFMH_EnvironmentalSustainabilityimg

The Full Platform

Gov Cloud is a hosting environment, not a reduced version of the product.
  • Every Module and Tier: Full platform availability, with no feature gaps against commercial cloud.

  • Same Release Cadence: Gov Cloud receives the same updates at the same time.

  • Parallel Accounts: Run Gov Cloud and commercial side by side for different parts of the business.

Today, PepsiCo operates with two very different levels of control.
Standardization is how you close that gap.

PepsiCo today With Some Sites Using VisitorOS

1. Standards aren’t fully consistent: Some sites use standardized visitor and contractor screening; others operate independently.

2. Visibility is partial: Central teams see activity in VisitorOS sites, with limited insight elsewhere.

3. Value lives at the site level: Successful outcomes exist, but aren’t consistently used to inform expansion decisions.

4. Tooling varies by site and function: Overlapping tools persist outside standardized locations.

5. AI insights are site-specific: Sites using VisitorOS can analyze trends locally, but insights don’t roll up across the portfolio.

PepsiCo with Enterprise-Wide VisitorOS

1. One consistent enterprise standard: Screening is applied uniformly across all sites, with controlled local flexibility

2. Portfolio‑wide visibility: All sites roll up into a single, real‑time view for audits, risk, and performance.

3. Decisions driven by internal proof: Enterprise teams use site data to quantify ROI and risk reduction.

4. One system of record: EHS, Operations, Facility Managers, Security, and Finance teams align on a shared platform.

5. AI‑ready enterprise governance: Standardized data across sites enables portfolio-wide insights, prediction, and optimization.
