- You understand and confirm that this Portal is an intellectual property of iLobby.
- iLobby is hereby granting you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, royalty-free license to use the Portal. By creating an account, you confirm that you are a customer of iLobby and shall use your account only for the purposes of your agreement with iLobby and in accordance with these T&Cs.
- You understand that a user account is needed to access, manage, edit or otherwise control the Customer Data (collectively as “Access”)
- You understand that all data being accessed within your account has been collected by you through iLobby’s services (“Customer Data”). You are the Data Controller and as such, iLobby shall not be liable for your usage (in any manner) of Customer Data.
- You shall not use the Portal for any illegal purposes or in breach of these T&Cs. iLobby reserves the right to limit your access (either partial or complete) or close your account.
- You shall not provide access to your account to another entity and shall not access, manage, edit or share Customer Data contrary to any applicable law or these T&Cs.
- You shall indemnify and hold harmless iLobby against any third-party claims or damages arising out of your use of this Portal which is in violation of an applicable law or these T&Cs.
- We may amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Portal shall be deemed an acceptance of updated T&Cs, if any.
- These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the court therein shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to try and adjudication upon any issue arising out of these T&Cs.
