Thiago leads product at FacilityOS, including Beacon AI, the platform's AI capability, where responsible design and data privacy were built into the architecture rather than added afterward. He brings over a decade of experience across automotive, software, telecommunications, and broadcast. Before FacilityOS, he held senior product roles at AutoSync and Motoinsight, with earlier experience at IBM Global Services. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a graduate certificate from Centennial College. Thiago brings the product and AI perspective to the conversation, grounded in how these capabilities actually get built and governed.
