Invite & pre-screen

A host creates an event in VisitorOS and invites contractors from ContractorOS. Contractor and vendor compliance are checked as each guest is added, and anyone non-compliant triggers automated notifications to the people who can resolve it.

Contractor Compliance Check

Status is verified in real time again at sign-in, so anything that changed between invite and arrival is caught. If the contractor is compliant, they are immediately approved for check-in. If not, the system notifies the host, allowing for immediate action to be taken

Approval & Access

Compliance records are updated in real-time, ensuring that only authorized individuals can proceed. If VisitorOS is offline, approvals still work based on the most recent sync, always ensuring seamless functionality.
