VisitorOS allows you to take a snapshot of a visitor during sign-in on the iPad Kiosk or through their mobile device, adding a visual record to the check-in process. This photo displays in real-time notifications, visitor logs, and on printed badges to streamline identification at every point.

Visitor Signs In
Visitors sign in on-site, where they’re prompted to follow quick and easy instructions.

Photo is Taken
The kiosk, equipped with a camera, captures a photo of the visitor and automatically adds the image to their sign-in record. The photo is also printed on their badge, ensuring easy identification during their visit.
Step 3
Visitor Log Updated and Notification Sent
The visitor log is updated with the guest’s photo, and a notification can be configured for hosts and security personnel, ensuring everyone stays informed.

Purge Data for Data Compliance
